We pursue the dream of youth, setting sail happily. Since the beginning of the semester in autumn 2023, according to the concept and ideas of 'educational guidance in each division', our school has actively organized various departments to carry out a series of activities such as myopia prevention and control and emergency rescue knowledge lectures, fire safety knowledge lectures and fire extinguisher practice, rule of law education lectures, traffic safety knowledge lectures as well as mental health knowledge lectures. Additionally, each class held a class meeting on the theme of mental health education. On the other hand, a new term means a new beginning. With the long holiday over, facing the arrival of the new semester, teenagers are prone to anxiety. However, these distinctive 'first lessons' further strengthened the mental health education and safety awareness of teenagers, helping teenagers adjust their mental state, and effectively improving their mental health awareness and psychological protection ability. Moreover, it's believed that students will welcome the new semester with a more positive attitude and become excellent teenagers who are physically and mentally healthy and positive.
